Diet ban

Haven't exactly worked out a fitness regime...supposed to do that with spence..but i've alr been hitting the roads and the gym..but there's something which can be worked out and implemented immediately...diet plan/ban!

I can't say i can avoid sugar or meat in my diet completely, but i'm damn bloody sure it's possible to abstain from certain things just like how people remain virgin for their whole lives or at least a large part of their lives. Here's the diet ban w.e.f 20 Aug 2007 for an indefinite period of time:

Absolutely NO:

- Beer (at the risk of my social life....damn it's time for a mugging recluse!)

- Teabreaks other than 3 main meals

- Coffee/Tea (this is the hardest to overcome...i'm beginning to liken caffeine with nicotine.)

- Sweets/candies/junkfood (not even when they're offered by the hottest ger sitting next to me in class)

- More than 2 servings of steamed/boiled meat a day.

- More than 1 stir/pan-fried item a day

- Deep-fried items

- Excessive carbo (rice/noodle/potato/bread)

- Red meat


More advices are welcome.
