First day....我做到了。
Morning:
- 5 km on treadmill
- breakfast: 2 slices of wholemeal bread with sardine and cucumber + water
Afternoon:
- Yong Tau Foo soup (7 pcs of vegetables with bits of fishmeat) + water
Night:
- Porridge with chicken breast meat + water
Stomach growling a little now...but it felt ok thru'out the day though. Let's see if this is sustainable, of course wif some variations to the meals.
